Formed in 2010 NB Surveys Petrojaya Sdn Bhd. (901412-U) is jointly owned by PUSB Engineering Sdn Bhd (PUSB) and NB Surveys Global. The company was established to synergise the respective strength of the parent companies and to deliver value-added services to Clients and derive optimal benefits to the stakeholders.

Being part of PUSB group of companies and with the support of associated companies, the Company with combine experience of over 50 years is able to provide complete engineering service that will meet Client’s requirements and complied with the international standards and best practices.

NB Surveys Petrojaya Sdn Bhd being co-own by a Bumiputra company is committed to enable technology transfer to its local partner in support of the aspirations of the leadership of Malaysia.

Lt Col (Rtd) Ir Shahar Abdullah (MD)

Lt Col (R) Ir Shahar Abdullah holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and a degree in Civil Engineering. He is a registered Professional Engineer and corporate member of the Institute of Engineers Malaysia and Malaysian Institute of Arbitration. Lt Col (R) Ir Shahar Abdullah has over 25 years of working experience, mainly in the construction and property industry, Currently focusing in the oil and gas and petrochemical sector.

He started his engineering career at Ministry of Defence (Mindef) in 1985. Lt Col (R) Ir Shahar Abdullah completed his service in 1995 with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel as Head of Projects, managing the implementation of Mindef’s development program.

Ir Shahar private sector career, began with a 2 year stint in property development and construction. He then joined KLCC Projeks Bhd in 1998 as project manager in the development of the new federal administration capital, Putrajaya. He was responsible for the City Hall complex of Putrajaya as well as involved in the planning of the Grand Mosque and pioneer Affordable Housing scheme of Putrajaya.

In 2005, Ir Shahar joined the Davis Langdon & Seah group, a multidisciplinary international construction and property consultancy. He was promoted as Technical Director where he heads the project management unit.

Ir Shahar assumed directorship of the Group associate consultancy, PUSB Engineering Sdn Bhd in 2006. PUSB is a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy providing Engineering Consultancy, Cost Management, Project Management and HSE Risk Assessment for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Construction Industry.
