NB Surveys Global has provided exceptional service in Brunei since 1998. Towards the end of 2009 it was decided that localisation of the service was in the best interests of the Company and in April 2010 NB Surveys Petrojaya Sdn Bhd. was established, as a joint venture company between NB Surveys Global Ltd. and Petrojaya Sdn Bhd, forming the first ever Bruneian dimensional control and laser scanning company.

Being part of the PUSB group of companies the company, with combined experience of over 50 years, is able to provide a complete engineering service that will meet Clients requirements and comply with international standards.

NB Surveys Petrojaya Sdn Bhd is committed to technology transfer and Brunieanisation of the services provided. ISO 9002 accreditation for the local company will be achieved shortly.

The Company will continue to provide the experience and quality of service that our clients have experienced in Brunei since 1998.

Lee Yin En (Director)

Mr. Lee Yin En graduated as Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) from the University of Sheffield (UK) in Mechanical Engineering in 1978. Immediately after graduation, he joined Brunei Shell Petroleum Co. Ltd as Graduate Field Engineer.

During his 18 year in Brunei Shell Petroleum, his

experience covered leading and managing the execution of offshore/onshore oil and gas production facilities engineering projects from feasibility studies, conceptual, detailed design, to construction and commissioning.

He left Brunei Shell as Head of Project West in 1996 to pursue a career in the engineering consultancy and project services business. He was appointed as Executive Director for Petrojaya Sdn Bhd and Petrokon Utama Sdn Bhd in January 1997 responsible for business development, implementation of company business plan and contract execution.

Petrojaya and Petrokon belong to the same group and is one of the largest established Oil and Gas Engineering Service Provider and Consultant in Brunei and the regions.

Mr. Lee is a Chartered Engineer and Member of The UK Institute of Mechanical Engineer. He is also a Corporate Member of PUJA, The Institute of Architects, Engineers and Surveyors, Brunei Darussalam.
